Ever wondered what it would be like wearing stepping on to the pitch wearing pair of Air Jordan 1's on game day?

Radical sneaker artist The Shoe Surgeon has once again challenged the convergence of sporting influences through his creation of the AJ1 x Nike Tiempo ’94. The court-designed silhouette that was quickly adopted by the streets was infused with another classic model from Nike Football, the Nike Tiempo 94.

The design pays homage to the original Air Jordan 1 shape and colourway of red-white-black whilst incorporating Tiempo’s signature overlapping tongue and exposed stitching found on the vamp area of the shoe. Nike have already expressed a desire to establish an authentic range of football-lifestyle silhouettes and encourage the adoption of these styles by the street. Examples include Sportswear interpretations of the Mercurial and Magista released in the past.
