adidas and FC Nürnberg are celebrating the club's 125th anniversary with a special-edition jersey.

The release nods to the rich heritage of the Bundesliga 2 side, arriving in the club's colours of crimson and white. The striped design pays tribute to one of Die Altmeister's first-ever kits, and is embellished with gold accents and a reimagined laurel wreath badge.

Other anniversary-led details feature, including a commemorative patch inscribed with the club's founding date, May 4, 1900. In keeping with the retro theme, the usual adidas logo is switched out for the iconic Trefoil — a regular sight on special-edition shirts this season.

Nürnberg joins a string of anniversary releases from adidas clubs in 2025, including fellow German side FC Bayern and, most recently, Ajax — all three celebrating their 125th year. With the Three Stripes doubling down on heritage releases, this one just raised the bar to new heights.
