Just Eat has linked up with footballing icon Edgar Davids with a bold new jersey drop in celebration of the UEFA Champions League final.
The Champions League winner stars in the launch of a 90s-inspired capsule collection created in collaboration with Daily Paper’s Abderrahmane Trabsini and football’s go-to jeweller, TROPHY BY GASSAN.
The jerseys — drenched in Just Eat’s signature orange — bring vintage football aesthetics to the forefront courtesy of their bold patterns, bespoke patches and appliqué motifs nodding to Just Eat’s food delivery roots.
Daily Paper’s Trabsini took cues from iconic kits of the past, including the Netherlands’ standout 1998 strip, merging nostalgic design with modern streetwear sensibility.
“Retro football shirts are all about personality and colour,” says Trabsini. “This drop channels that energy while connecting it to the comfort and joy of your go-to takeaway.”
Jewellery house GASSAN adds sparkle with a set of playful necklace charms, reimagining beloved food orders and cuisines through a luxe lens. “We were inspired by the statement jewellery of ‘90s footballers,” says Dustin Huisman, GASSAN’s Founder. “It’s all about blending bold style with everyday pleasures.”
The limited-edition range, which includes three retro-style jerseys and five diamond-studded takeaway-themed charms, is available now via CultKits whilst fans in Munich can grab theirs at the Countdown Club in Munich from 12pm CET — where giveaways and exclusive drops will run up to kickoff.
