Nike are teaming up with Maha Amsterdam to unveil the summer's latest football-fashion mash-up, bringing back the Total 90 Magia Shox.
Debuted in 2003, the sneaker brought together two icons of the Swoosh's roster, serving as an early example of when sport meets style. The newly-reimagined pair were teased by Danish-stylist Veneda Carter during Paris Fashion Week, previewing the Dutch boutique's take on a classic of the early '00s.
The collaboration brings two colourways — 'Metallic Silver' and 'Metallic Black' — to the table, cloaking the silhouette of the Total 90 Magia, an indoor version of the iconic boot. Like the original, its the sole that takes the spotlight, rising at the heel thanks to the inclusion of Nike's 'Shox' technology — an innovation first seen in 2000.
Each sneaker arrives with a quilted upper, topping the column-like heel blocks familiar to Shox models. The silver pair sport an iridescent look, while the black go chrome, with both detailed in black and white respectively, completed with reworked Maha branding that adopts the outline of Nike Football's classic logo.
The Maha Amsterdam x Nike Total 90 Magia Shox will be exclusively available via Maha's website on July 5.
