Kobbie Mainoo has become the latest name to sign with Beats by Dre, joining the brand as a global ambassador.

Their partnership launches under the name 'Run the Track', following the Manchester United and England baller as he makes his way through Manchester. The short film gives an insight into his off-pitch life, one shaped by effort and fuelled by music from his favourite artists.

The campaign sees Kobbie link up with Nemzzz, spotlighting the connection music can have in motivating anyone, including one of the game's brightest ballers, through their daily life. The Mancunian artist's song "ABC" soundtracks things before passing it over to "STOP IT", a track from his latest album RENT'S DUE.

“Ever since I was a kid, music has been a big part of my life! Nowadays, I have specific playlists to get me in the zone for different moments, like staying locked in during training or getting ready for a big game. I’ve always been a huge fan of Beats, so I’m really excited to be able to work together.”

Kobbie stars in the video wearing the brand's Powerbeats Pro 2, with Nemzzz appearing in the Beats Studio Pro, while other products such as the Beats Pill and Beats Solo 4 feature in the wider campaign imagery.

The 20-year-old isthe latest athlete to be tapped by the brand, joining Lamine Yamal — who was announced earlier this month — alongside other global names such as Lionel Messi, Alessia Russo, LeBron James and more.
