Christopher Raeburn has linked up Umbro for a nostalgia-inducing collection for England fans.
Repurposing iconic Umbro sportswear from 1996-2010, the collection slices throwback Umbro gear into new apparel, such as sweaters, shorts and jackets.
The original shirts all make up memorable moments in English football history. There's the ‘98 World Cup kits worn by Michael Owen when he scored his breakthrough goal against Argentina and a pair of kits from the 2002’s legendary 5-1 World Cup Qualifier victory against Germany, as well as a host of instantly recognizable shirts and motifs from recent English football history.
Raeburn slices up the shirts into new creations offer with numbers, patterns, logos and colours all rearranged while maintaining England’s white and red colours at it’s core. There’s also a backpack and football with similar patchwork detailing, as you can see in the lookbook below.
