Paris-based retailer Foot-Store have created a special-edition Notre Dame patch available to purchase and put on kits, with proceeds going towards rebuilding the French capital's iconic cathedral.

Following the devastating fire that destroyed large parts of the iconic, 850-year-old building, the store has created a golden Notre Dame patch that can be applied to any jersey for €10, with all proceeds going to the rebuilding fund set up by the French government last night.

While PSG have not announced plans to don a similar patch in an official game, any efforts to collaborate to the cause would see the building restored as soon as possible. Current players such as Kylian Mbappé would surely support the cause after posting about the fire on Instagram and French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, owner of Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais, also said to be pledging €100 million to rebuild the cathedral.
