Bubbling U.K. artist Bakar has gone full lock stock and two smoking barrels in his new video for his track "Million Miles."

The video, off his excellent debut album 'Bad Kid,' features all the classic tropes of Sunday League football: shin-breaking challenges, wet and muddy conditions and fuming manager's barking expletives left, right and Chelsea, in what's a refreshing reminder of where it all begins for anyone that has kicked ball.

The track itself resonates well with the visuals, with Bakar's high-tempo post-punk sonics blending in nicely with the full-throttle action on the pitch, which was born out of Bakar and director John Ford Glance’s obsession with lower league manager John Sitton.

Speaking about the visuals to The Fader, Bakar said, “This is our love letter to football, an homage to John Sitton. We wanted to journey the lower leagues of English football. These are the forgotten pockets of London, places on the brink of extinction.”
