Jules Koundé has partnered with adidas and bespoke kit designer Diana Al Shammari – also known as The Football Gal – to launch a custom jersey just in time for summer.

Koundé was spotted rocking one of Al Shammari’s designs back in September – a pink and green Japan x Nigo kit, featuring the designer’s signature floral embroidery. This time though, the Barcelona defender has designed his own shirt in collaboration with the popular customiser.

The jersey arrives in navy, with adidas’ Three Stripes running down the sides in white. Koundé’s No. 23 is printed front and centre in a sky blue colourway - outlined in white for a 3D block effect. And instead of a club badge, an embroidered flower and the year 2024, sits opposite the adidas logo on the left.

Al Shammari’s embroidery surrounds the front of the shirt, with multi-coloured flowers in shades of red, blue, pink and yellow woven around the numbers, branching out from the badge and creeping up onto the shoulders.

The Koundé x The Football Gal kit will be available to purchase at adidas’ new Champs-Elysées flagship store in Paris from June 22.
