Umbro have dug deep into their archives to remix ten international kit designs for their latest capsule, ‘The Nations’ Collection’.
Represented by fans all over the world at every major football event, Umbro's stitched fandom into the fabric of their latest shirts ahead of this year's World Cup.
By isolating and re-imagining iconic colours, patterns and geometric elements from fan favourites, the team have designed standalone collections for England and Brazil, while also creating fusion shirts inspired by classics from the Mexico, France, Spain, USA, Poland and Germany catalogues.
Each shirt features a bespoke country crest, inspired by each nation’s sporting and design heritage, representing the passion and pride that's been woven into each component of the new collection.
“These shirts may be designed by us, but they have been inspired by plenty of players, many moments, and every fan around the world.” Explained Helene Hope, Global Head of Brand at Umbro. “A fitting tribute to the legends of past glories and the dreams of trophies to come.”
The Nations' Collection is available to purchase via Umbro's website now. Take a closer look at the icon-inspired capsule below.
